(WECT) - North Carolina has become the first state in the country to launch an online dashboard that tracks progress for people leaving prison, as part of a national initiative called Reentry 2030. The dashboard tracks four major goals: boosting economic mobility, improving healthcare, expanding housing, and removing barriers for formerly incarcerated individuals.
